At the Bathroom Centre, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Our products are selected for quality and reliability, but if something isn’t quite as expected, we’re here to put it right.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not up to the standard you expected, please contact Bathroom Centre within 14 days of receiving your items. You can email info@hic-ea.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo if helpful. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem in a fair and practical way.
We accept returns on unused, unopened and resaleable products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the items have been received and inspected, we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange if you prefer. Please note that unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, return postage or transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
As many of our products include larger bathroom fixtures and fittings, we strongly recommend checking measurements, specifications and quantities carefully before placing your order. If you do need to return an item, please use the original packaging wherever possible to ensure it arrives back safely and to help minimise waste.
